Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Provide administrative support to various teams as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems such as QuickBooks for data entry tasks
- Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Ability to proofread documents for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
